As an SDO-certified, women-owned business, we are proud to serve Massachusetts with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and reliability. While we still perform multi family housing projects, our primary focus is on the private and public sectors, handling commercial, state, and federally funded projects with precision and expertise.

Jillian Baker

President / Owner

Jillian Baker has been with Stutman Contracting since 2007 and proudly became the company’s owner in 2024, carrying on her family’s legacy as a second-generation leader. Under her direction, Stutman Contracting is now a woman-owned business with a renewed focus on growth and innovation. Jillian oversees the administrative side of all projects, ensuring seamless communication between staff, subcontractors, associates, and clients. She is also a key contributor to the estimating team—coordinating quote requests, evaluating bids, and assembling bid packages. In addition to managing project documentation, she handles financial oversight to keep projects on track. As President, Jillian is excited to lead the company into its next chapter.

Steven LeBoeuf

Senior Project Manager

Steven “Buff” LeBoeuf has been a cornerstone of Stutman Contracting since 1986. As Senior Project Manager, he leads our team of Project Managers and oversees day-to-day operations on job sites—coordinating employees, subcontractors, and schedules to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Steven is also a critical member of our estimating team, helping develop accurate bids and seeing them through to final completion. With decades of experience and a deep understanding of local, state, and federal construction regulations, Steven helps streamline the building process for owners and architects alike.

Kristie Champagne

Assistant Project Manager

Since joining the company in 2013, Kristie has become a key member of our team, contributing both in the office and on-site to keep projects running smoothly. She works closely with our Project Managers and serves as a vital link between our team, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients—ensuring clear, consistent communication throughout every phase of a project.

Kristie manages critical project documentation—including RFIs, submittals, PCOs, and closeout procedures—with exceptional attention to detail. Her commitment to accuracy and organization plays a major role in maintaining quality and consistency across all active projects.

Craig Lamica

Project Manager

As Project Manager, Craig Lamica is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations on job sites and ensuring that each project stays on schedule and within budget. He works closely with clients, subcontractors, and the internal team to manage timelines, coordinate resources, and maintain high-quality standards throughout the construction process. Known for his attention to detail and strong leadership, Craig ensures that every phase of a project—from planning through completion—is executed smoothly. His proactive communication and problem-solving skills make him a reliable point of contact for both field crews and clients alike.
